I’m a Creative Director focused on building brands that are clear, cohesive, and built to scale.
Over the past decade, I’ve led design and brand initiatives across digital platforms, physical environments, and large-scale organizational change. My work sits at the intersection of brand strategy, creative direction, and systems thinking — helping companies translate big ideas into experiences that feel consistent everywhere they show up.
Today, I lead creative initiatives at Orion, where I oversee brand evolution, digital experiences, and major brand integrations. I work closely with leadership, product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure creative decisions support broader business goals while raising the bar for design.
My Approach
Great creative work rarely comes from a single moment of inspiration. It comes from clarity, alignment, and strong systems.
I believe creative leadership is about building the environment where great ideas can happen, aligning teams around a shared vision, simplifying complexity, and creating design systems that scale across channels and teams.
The best brand work doesn’t just look good. It creates understanding, trust, and momentum inside an organization.
My role is often less about making the work myself and more about helping teams make the right work together.
Leading Teams & Scaling Creative
In addition to leading internal creative initiatives, I manage and collaborate with a global creative workforce team based in India. Together we support a wide range of design and production needs across the organization.
Working across time zones and cultures has reinforced how important clear systems, communication, and trust are to creative success. When teams have the right structure and shared standards, they can produce remarkable work at scale.
For me, leadership means building teams that feel empowered, supported, and capable of solving complex problems together.
Background
I began my career as a graphic designer after studying multimedia design, eventually growing into roles as a senior designer, art director, and now creative director.
Before joining Orion, I spent several years working as an independent freelance designer, partnering with small businesses and organizations on branding, web design, and visual identity projects. That experience taught me how to think not just like a designer, but like a business owner. It taught me the importance of balancing creative ambition with real-world constraints.
Those early years shaped how I approach creative leadership today: pragmatic, collaborative, and focused on long-term impact.
Outside Of Work
Outside the studio, I’m a photographer, traveler, and lifelong outdoors enthusiast. I spend as much time as possible exploring rivers, trails, and quiet places with a camera or a fly rod in hand.
Photography started as a creative outlet but has become an important way for me to stay curious and observant — skills that translate directly back into design and storytelling.
More recently, my favorite role has become being a dad. My son is 16 months old and already changing the way I think about time, creativity, and the kind of world we’re building.
