Overview
As the organization expanded its digital footprint, its web platforms had grown increasingly fragmented. Multiple sites, inconsistent navigation patterns, and disconnected user experiences made it difficult for visitors to understand the full scope of the company’s offerings.
I led a comprehensive redesign of the company’s digital ecosystem to create a more unified and intuitive experience. The goal was to simplify navigation, strengthen the brand experience online, and build a scalable framework for future growth.
Working closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams, we developed a digital design system that aligned user needs with business goals while creating a more cohesive online presence.
The Challenge
Over time the company’s digital presence had evolved organically, resulting in a network of websites and platforms that lacked consistency and clarity.

Leadership & Approach
As Creative Director, I led the strategic and creative direction for the redesign while collaborating closely with teams across the organization.
My role included defining the overall experience vision, guiding interface exploration, and aligning stakeholders around a unified digital strategy. I worked alongside product managers, engineers, and marketing leaders to ensure the experience supported both user needs and business priorities.
Rather than redesigning individual pages, we focused on building a scalable digital framework by simplifying navigation, improving usability, and establishing a modular design system capable of supporting the organization’s expanding digital ecosystem.
The Work
The redesign introduced clearer information architecture, intuitive navigation, and a consistent visual language across the company’s digital platforms.
To ensure the system was both scalable and repeatable, we developed the experience through a structured process — moving from early wireframes, to a defined style guide, to a modular component system, and finally to fully realized pages built from that foundation.
This approach allowed us to design with both flexibility and consistency in mind. By establishing the system upfront, teams were able to build and launch new pages efficiently while maintaining a cohesive experience.
The result was not just a set of redesigned pages, but a framework that supported ongoing growth and ensured brand standards were consistently applied across the digital environment.
